Texas 2012

Overseas Business Internship - Texas 2012


We are pleased to announce the start of the Texas2012 Overseas Business Internship.  This year six students from Japan will travel to Houston, Texas to take part in a two-week program experiencing life in an American office and all the cultural learning experiences a multi-cultural city like Houston has to offer!



Please join us on our journey by following our blog posts (by the students) and our Twitter posts. We will share everything we have learned and our observations about life and work in the USA.

Our Tentative Schedule in the USA:


Monday 20th (afternoon): Introduction to work placement and orientation
Tuesday 21st-Friday 24th: Work Placements
Friday 24th (afternoon): Tour of Brewery Company
Saturday 25th: NASA Visit
Sunday 26th:  Visit to Mega Church and watching Gospel Singers
Monday 27th - Friday 31st: Work Placement
Friday 31st (afternoon): - Factory Tour
Saturday 1st: American Football Game - University of Houston
Sunday 2nd:  Free day + Sayonara Party
Monday 3rd: Depart

    Hi, I'm CALIB. This is my first time to add my comment and also first time to go to Houston, Texas to work abroad. I think there is a full of fun and everything is new to me! I can't wait to going Texas. See you soon.
